If you have any complaints or concerns about the service you received from this practice our practice manager will be pleased to help you.

We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise, but if you wish to make a complaint please contact our practice manager who will deal with your complaint and explain the procedure.
