Home visits are for patients who cannot attend the surgery for a medical reason. The doctor on duty will ring you to discuss if a home visit is the most appropriate management for you. The receptionist will need to record a brief reason for the visit to enable the doctor to prioritise the call. If possible, please telephone before 10.30 if you think you may need a home visit.
