New Telephone System
On the 13th September2024, the practice will be having a new, NHS approved telephone system installed.
This system will provide additional benefits to the practice and patients such as an automated option to check and/or cancel appointments and a call back option. We hope the implementation of the new telephone system will improve your experience when contacting the practice.
When requesting appointments, staff will still ask you to briefly explain your medical problem. This allows staff to care navigate you to the right appointment at the right time. All members of practice staff are subject to care navigation training, confidentiality training and signed confidentiality agreements.
Please bear with us during this transition period to the new telephone system, our responses may be slightly slower while we get to grips with the new system.
